Does the station deliver its anticipated kW output to your vehicle? There are lots of variables in charging from air temps and battery pre-conditioning to differing vehicle voltage architectures - just to name a few. We take those into our calculations.

How seamless is it to get a charge started? How fast is the handshake between EV and charger? We check on RFID tap reliability, credit card readers, app usage, auto charge, and screen visibility in direct sunlight.
